Return Policy

If items arrive with missing pieces or broken, we will repair or replace it for free.
Return shipping will be paid if the damage is reported within 7 days of receipt.
Please allow us 7 days to process your return and provide lead time on the repair.

Order Cancellation

Once work starts on your unique piece, we are unable to cancel your order.

Claims

We will notify you when your item ships. You must notify us within 12 days of the date of your shipment if you do not receive it.
